Refund & Cancellation Policy

Apex Advantage Ltd provides corporate marketing services, business-to-business (B2B) consultation, and bespoke web assets. Under UK commercial law, standard consumer cancellation options, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling-off periods, do not apply to standard B2B corporate transactions.

All payments submitted for setup fees, digital audits, media buying resources, or creative design retainers are completely non-refundable once engineering or advertising labor commences. Retainer cancellations, project pauses, or contract liquidations are strictly managed by the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the corporate entities.
